This smash burger is a great place to get a bite! Now I normally don’t post reviews, but I had to express my thanks and gratitude to one of the amazing workers here at the Westminster location. Tavrina is an amazing and talented worker at Smash Burger, she deserves to be recognized for her kindness and amazing attention to detail in her lobby. She has outdone herself decorating for Christmas! And she’s not finished yet! To boot, she showed amazing patience and compassion when taking the order for my Aunty and myself. She is such a rare treasure and Smash Burger is so lucky to have her!
This smash burger location EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION!! I was craving it since im traveling & it was a 10! The dude Rocky super cool recommended me the new burger it was so good & hooked it up with some sauces made it super welcoming. I wish I lived around here to come more often but will definitely make it a priority when in the area!

Haven’t had a Smashburger. Decided to try one. Was driving by and saw it and stopped in. Ordered a double American Smashburger. It was nicely done, accompanied with various garnishes. Very tasty. The service was fantastic. Jack waited on me and made sure that everything was taken care of by kindly asking me when I sat down if I needed anything. He even cleared my basket away and threw everything out for me. I must say I was very pleased with the food and the service in the atmosphere was good too. I intend to return and try some of their other options.
EJ was helpful with the menu! Friendly staff and yummy food. My 7 year old loved the “biggest fry” he’s ever seen. We’ll be back.
This smash burger has the kindest employees I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I called ahead and talked to the manager to ask him about their kids eat free Wednesdays. He went above and beyond in helping me figure out the total cost for two adult meals to get two free kids meals, prior to us coming so that I could make my kids spring break an extra fun time. When we arrived, the lady who placed our order was Tavrina. She went out of her way to help us with our order, and even came to our table with their special seasoned fries (complimentary) since we had never tried them. My kids and I fell in love with their special truffle fries, and when she came over to our table to see how everything was, my daughter let Tavrina know she actually never got to have any. So Tavrina offered to take her fries and sprinkle their special truffle seasoning on top and then even added some fresh ones to her basket, again on the house! I will say that not only was a Wednesday Affordable and delicious, but the staff made our experience even better and would make us wanna come to this location again! Thank you Tavrina & the manager who both went out of their way to make us have such an enjoyable spring break lunch out!
What a great experience! Isaiah really made my family and I feel very welcome. The food was delicious and ready fast but the customer service was absolutely top tier. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
